We apologize for the time away, but the Transgress staff has been busy. Expect a flurry of updates in the coming week, beginning on Saturday, when we report live from Denver’s StarFest. StarFest is a three-day convention of horror, sci-fi, gaming, robots and digital arts, and having been there before, we can tell you it’s awesome.

Some of our favorite local authors–Carrie Vaughn, Mario Acevedo–will be on hand, as well local animators, filmmakers and Hollywood celebs like Avery Brooks. We’ll be posting periodical reports from the convention, will be writing a piece for the Horror Writers Association and hope to come away with all sorts of extras and goodies.
